Hi, I’m Tina — the heart and hands behind Creative Cottage Crafts.
I’ve always believed that creativity brings people together — whether it’s crafting around a table, planning a magical party for a child, or making keepsakes that turn into lifelong memories. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for making things by hand.
I was always the mom (and now the Grammy) who planned themed parties, created homemade decorations, and found joy in the little crafty details. Over the years, friends and family often told me, “You should make this a business!” — and eventually, I finally did.
Creative Cottage Crafts is the warm, whimsical place where all of that creativity now lives — a cozy space filled with handmade joy, thoughtful celebrations, and inspiration to create something meaningful.

My Story
I’m Tina — the curious, crafty soul behind Creative Cottage Crafts.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved making things with my hands. Sewing heartfelt gifts, crafting holiday decorations, putting together party favors — I’ve always been the person who adds a personal, handmade touch to every occasion. And without fail, people would say:
“You should do that for a living!”
Made a custom pillow?
You should be a tailor!
Designed a necklace for a friend?
You should sell jewelry!
Hosted a birthday party full of handmade details?
You should be a party planner!
My answer was always the same:
But I love doing it.
If I had to do it for work, I worried I might not enjoy it anymore.
Creating has always been my escape — my joy — and my way of making others smile.
I’m naturally curious. When I see something beautiful — a new painting technique, a dish I’ve tasted, or a craft idea online — I immediately want to know how it was made. I love breaking the process down, understanding the pieces, and often reimagining it with my own twist. One of my favorite creative challenges is using non-traditional materials to make something magical. A little of this, a bit of that, odds and ends most people overlook — and suddenly it becomes a one-of-a-kind creation.
Creative Cottage Crafts is my way of sharing that joy with others, without turning it into something that feels like a job. It’s a cozy space where I can offer handmade treasures, craft experiences, party inspiration, and creative ideas — all from a place of genuine love for making.
